摘要
采用十字簧板支承可有效提高激光核聚变光路系统中的大口径伺服反射镜的稳定性和可调节性。理论上介绍了十字簧板支承的设计原理及基本特性,并从实验上验证了这种结构对核聚变光路稳定性的影响。
The stability and the precision of adjustment of large aperture servo reflector in laser system for nuclear fusion can be distinctively improved by using cross spring-plate shore. Both the design principle and the main characteristics of this instrument are studied theoretically and experimentally.
