电力营销管理信息系统已成为各电力公司营销管理的主要技术手段。该系统按照“应用分散、数据集中”的模式,建立营销数据中心理念;技术架构的核心采用3层体系结构;主要功能分为电费、业务、计量及用检子系统4块;实现了同城联网,城乡营销一体化。
