应用分布式网络技术的多费率自动抄表系统

摘要 电能表是测量电能的工具,多费率电能表是进行分时段计量的电能表,实现多费率电能表的自动抄表是当前全国范围内实行分时电价管理发展的必然趋势。由于台区下用户电表量多、布局分散且数据信息量大等原因,安全可靠地实行多费率电能表的自动抄表并非易事。将Internet分布式网络技术应用于自动抄表系统中去,实现电表数据通过路由可靠地传输是一种解决自动抄表问题的崭新思路。介绍了分布式系统中路由技术在AMR中的具体应用以及系统的组成、工作原理;以多费率自动抄表系统在武汉供电局汉口供电分局成功应用为例对抄表系统进行效益评估,结果表明该系统可带来可观的经济效益。 Watt-hour meter is the tool of measuring power energy,multiple rate meter is of period computation. It is a trend to realize multiple rate meter automation transcriber system for charge management development in the whole country. Because user watt-hour meter quantity is large and distract partly,and data information is big,it's difficult for automation transcriber of multiple rate safely and reliably.Thus the new method to solve automation transcriber is put internet distributed net technology into the system and realize data transmission through rout reliably.The paper introduces Rout technology in distributed system applying in AMR and system constitutes,work principle. The multiple rate system has been used in Wuhan power bureau hankou power supply sub company successfully.The example is assessed and the result makes clear that the system can bring considerable economic benefit.
