摘要
为提高女职工健康水平和女工保健工作管理质量,使管理体制更具有科学性、技术性和系统性,几年来,我市卫生行政与业务部门密切配合,协调了社会各部门、团体之间的关系,对女工保健工作逐步实行了“七化”管理.即组织网络化、宣传系列化、保健程序化、管理规范化、岗位责任化、质量评价定量化、资料栏案化.使女工保健人员任务有目标,工作有标准,落实有检查,业绩有考核,学习有榜样,充分调动了各方人员的积极性,工作质量明显提高.
In otder to improve the health level of women workers and the administration quality of health work,health administration and profession dapartments in Shenyang co-operated closely in past few years. Scientific administration of women workers health was graduably carried out.The quality of health work has been remarkably improved now.
