摘要
熟料烧结过程是混联法生产氧化铝烧结法部分的核心环节,烧结能耗约占总能耗的20%以上,节能降耗、降低成本是熟料烧结过程的重要课题。文章结合熟料窑的热平衡测定结果和生产实际分析讨论了导致熟料窑热耗高的原因,并就熟料窑自动控制、多支螺旋小喷枪喂料、喷煤管及扬料板改造、生产工艺控制、新型耐火材料使用等方面提出了节能建议。
Clinker sintering process is a key link in sintering process. Sintering energy consumption accounts for about 20% of total energy consumption, so economizing energy, cutting down consumption and reducing production costs are important subjects in clinker sintering process. By combining determination results of heat balance in clinker kiln with practical production, this article analyzes and discusses the cause resuting in high hdat consumption in clinker kiln, and puts forward energy economy suggestion in many aspects such as automatic control for clinker kiln, feeding by several small production process control and screw spray guns, modifications of coal spray pipe and scattering plate, application of new type refractory etc.
