摘要
对某厂反应釜支撑梁体内的裂缝进行检测 ,从两个方面分析了支撑梁开裂原因 ,采用ANSYS有限元软件对该工况下的梁进行了仿真分析 ,分析结果与实际相符 。
A detection of inside cracks of bracing beams for an autoclave at a factory is carried out,and the causes of their cracking are analyzed in two aspects.The bracing beams under the working situation are simulated using ANSYS,and the results are in agreement with actuality.At the end, some suggestions are proposed to prevent similar beams from cracking.
