摘要 在参与完成某 2 3 5MW燃气 -蒸汽联合循环机组燃气轮机调试的基础上 ,介绍了我国燃机市场发展的背景 ,对西门子公司E级V94 2燃气轮机进行了评述 ,并论述了机组热控、电气系统的构成、燃气轮机的结构及其调试。该项工程中 ,燃气轮机是目前国内单机容量最大之一 ,而蒸汽轮机和余热锅炉分别为东方汽轮机厂和东方日立锅炉有限公司首次设计制造 ,初投资指标与同类电厂相比较低。指出调试是检验和改进机组设计功能的关键步骤 ,宜在制造商技术指导下逐渐过渡到由国内有资质的单位独立承担。目前在大规模F级单轴燃机工程项目建设拉开序幕之际 ,应尽早制定相关调试内容、项目标准和质量检验及评定标准 。 In this paper,on base of participating smoothly completing the commissioning of gas turbine in a 235 MW gas-steam combined cycle generating unit,the author has introduced the background of domestic gas turbine market development,and has made some comment on E level V94.2 gas turbine of Siemens,also,the configure of control system I&C and electric system of unit,structure and its commissioning of gas turbine were discourssed upon.In this project,gas turbine is present domestic one of biggest capacity,steam turbine and heat recovery boiler are design and manufactured firstly respectively by DongFang steam turbine work and Hitachi-DongFang boiler Co.Ltd.,index of first invest compared with similar combined cycle generating project appears to low.Point out that as the crucial step to test and improve of unit design function ,commissioning of gas turbine should be undertaked by domestic Corp.which possess of special qualification from first carry out in manufacturer technical guidance transforming gradually to independent.Now during large-scale F level single shaft gas turbine project construction pulling its prologue,should constitute related commissioning content,project standard and quality inspection criterion for assess as early as possible with a view to project and management standardize.
