摘要
综合应用可靠性工程理论、图论以及面向对象的计算机技术,对220kV变电站供电可靠性进行定量评估研究。在考虑变电站接线形式、运行方式、一次电气设备故障和计划检修影响、继电保护配置以及不正确动作等影响的基础上,利用自主开发的可靠性分析计算软件包,定量计算评价变电站供电可靠性的指标,如整站全停电或部分停电的概率、供电可靠率、年平均停电时间、因故障造成停电的停电量大小以及设备可靠性对整个变电站供电可靠性影响的灵敏度等,为电力系统的规划和运行管理人员提供科学决策依据。
The reliability engineering theory, graph theory and objective-oriented computer technology were applied comprehensively for quantitative assessment of power supply reliability for 220 kV substation. Considering the wiring method, operation mode, the fault of primary electric equipments and the effect of scheduled maintenance, relay protection configuration and the effect of incorrect relay action of the substation, using self-developed reliability analysis calculation software package, the indexes of substation's power supply reliability were calculated and assessed quantitatively for scientific decision-making support for people in charge of plan and operation management of the power system. The indexes include the outage rate of the whole substation and that of the parts of the substation, the reliability rate of power supply, average outage time per year, the amount of electricity lost in outage caused by faults and the effect of equipment reliability on the power supply reliability of the whole substation.
