摘要
利用TI公司TMS320F206DSP芯片,采用14位高分辨率模数转换MAX125芯片,实现了用于色选机的实时高速分选系统,该系统有32个同步数据采集与处理通道,16路可控的I/O口驱动信号输出,具有处理通道多、分选精度高、参数调节范围宽和实时控制速度快等特点。本文较详细地介绍了系统的硬件原理及其组成、算法流程及实验结果。
Based on TI' s DSP TMS320F206 and A/D Chip MAX125, a real-time high-speed separation selecting system used in colour sorter has been designed and realized, which have 32 data acquisition and processing channels and 16 I/O channels of controllable driving signal output. It has the characteristics with multi-channel dealing ability, high selection precision, widely parameter-change scope and quickly real-time controlling speed. The principle and constructure of the system's hardware, program proceduring and test results are introduced in detail in this paper.
