Control Scheme on Construction Investments of Big Engineering Project in China

通过对大型工程建设投资失控的原因分析 ,提出加强管理、强化项目法人对投资的控制、提高项目可行性研究的真实性、加强施工阶段的投资控制等几点对策。

By analyzing the reasons of losing control of big construction engineering investments,the author gives some dealing advices,including enforcing management,strengthening the juridical persons right of investment control,enhancing the reality of feasibility research,and strengthening investment control during construction period.
