天津保税区社会经济福利水平的实证评价

A Positive Appreciation on the Social and Economic Welfare Level of the Tianjin Bonded Area

随着我国改革开放的深入进行,作为利用外资和促进出口的桥头堡,各地都建设了一批出口加工区、保税区或类似的区域。这些经济区域对周边地区的经济有着什么样的福利影响,或者说我们能否对它们带来的社会经济福利效果做一个定量的评价,还是一个比较模糊的领域。通过借助国外相关的对类似经济区域的实证分析的研究,对天津保税区的社会福利效应做出分析,或能得到一种比较有效的评价我国境内这些经济区域对社会经济福利影响的方法。

With the deepening of our country's reform and open up policy and acting as the pioneer of attracting foreign investment and increasing export, export processing zone and bonded area and something like that have been built in many places around China. What kind of influence these economic zones can make on the welfare of perimeter areas and whether we can make a quantitative evaluation on the social and economic welfare it brings are still not clear. By studying some similar economic zones of foreign countries and by analyzing the social welfare effect of the bonded area in Tian Jin, this article may find an effective method in evaluating the influence of these economic zones on the social and economic welfare.
