摘要
通过荧光分光光度对罗丹明B的荧光特性进行了研究。当罗丹明B的浓度在0~200μg/L范围时,荧光强度与浓度呈线性关系。考察了放置时间、光照时间、温度、pH值、氧化剂等对荧光强度的影响,讨论了罗丹明B与常规阻垢剂的协同作用,并得到了相应的回归方程。结果表明罗丹明B具有较高的荧光强度与稳定性,可作为循环水自动加药系统的示踪剂。
When concentration of Rhodamine B is within the range of 0~200(g/L . the fluorescent strength is in linear relation with concentration according to Rhodamine B fluorescent performances studied by spectrofluorophotometry . Fluorescent strength affected by store time , illumination time , temperature , pH value , oxidant , etc is observed , joint action of Rhodamine B and conventional inhibitor is discussed , results and relevant regression equations are obtained , which shows that Rhodamine B has relative high fluorescent strength and stability and can be used as the tracer of the circulation water drug auto-loading system .
