摘要 柔性制造系统是一个复杂的离散事件动态系统。在扩展高级决策Petri网的基础上,提出了一种具有全局结构的扩展高级全局决策Petri网,对柔性制造系统进行建模的方法。以扩展高级全局决策Petri网与基于遗传的最小平衡算法结合为例,证实了扩展高级全局决策Petri网与智能优化方法相结合,既提高了FMS优化调度的整体性能,又使调度具有较强的可观性。 A flexible manufacturing system (FMS) is a complex discrete-event dynamic system. Based on the extended high level evaluation Petri Net (EHLEP-N), the extended high level global evaluation Petri Net (EHLGEP-N) with global structure is proposed to model FMS. The combination of EHLGEP-N with the genetics-based minimum balance (GMB) algorithm is taken as an example to address that combining EHLGEP-N with intelligently optimal methods improves not only the integral performance of FMS' optimal scheduling but also the visibility of the scheduling.
