摘要
管理信息质量对于中小制造企业而言至关重要,然而一直缺乏完善的衡量和改进的方法。为此,提出了一种基于活动的方法用来支持管理信息质量的评价,该方法包括一个基于活动特征和时序的指标体系、一套衡量和改进管理信息质量的步骤和一组能够实现从企业绩效目标到活动性能指标映射的量化模型。最后,通过应用实例加以验证。
Quality of Management Information (QMI) is critical in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (SMEs). However, the field lacks comprehensive methodologies for its measurement and improvement. So, such an activity-based methodology is developed to form a basis for QMI assessment and benchmarking. The methodology encompasses an indicator system based on characteristics and time-series of activities, a roadmap to measure and improve QMI, and a set of quantitative models for mapping enterprise performance objectives to the QMI measures of activities. At last, the methodology is validated through a business case.
