摘要
现代餐饮企业经营的成败,不仅在于产品质量,而且更在于经营思路,因此,餐饮经营卖点的设计与培育就显得越发重要。作为经营者必须适应现代市场需求、迎合顾客的求新心理,精心设计与培育卖点,走特色经营之路,这才是企业经营成功的基本保证。
The success or failure of modern food and beverage enterprises lies not only in the quality of their products, but, what's more, also in the new way of their thinking. Herefrom, how to design and cultivate sale attractions for food and beverage management appears to be more and more important. As managers of an enterprise, what they need to do is to meet the demands put by modern markets, go along with the customers' desire for something new, be meticulous in designing and cultivation of sale attractions and take the road of distinctive management features, which is really the basic guarantee of successful management for an enterprise.
