摘要
管理信息化是现代企业的特征之一,而作为传统行业的餐饮企业在向现代企业过渡的过程中,只有全面实施管理的信息化,才能达到提高企业核心竞争力和经济效益的目的。ERP以其注重内部管理流程的再造和强调集成而成为目前实现餐饮管理化的最优手段。
Management informationization is one of the characteristics for the enterprises of modern times. Food and beverage business, in the transitional course from a traditional trade to a modernized one, can achieve the aim of enhancing its competitive force and thus increasing its whole economic benefit only on condition that its overall management informationzation be carried out. Here ERP is recommended as an optimum means by which it can realize its goal for paying attention to the transformation of inner managing process and placing emphasis on integration.
