胃癌组织中bcl-2和p53基因蛋白表达及其关系研究

Expressions of bcl-2 and p53 protein and their relationship in gastric carcinoma

目的 通过研究胃癌和慢性胃病组织中bcl- 2和 p5 3基因蛋白的表达情况 ,探讨胃癌的可能发病机制。方法 经胃镜取材 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测胃癌和慢性胃病组织细胞中bcl- 2和 p5 3基因蛋白的表达。结果 胃癌组bcl- 2蛋白阳性表达率 (6 2 .0 0 % )高于慢性胃病组 (4 1.38% ) ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,表达强度也无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。胃癌组 p5 3蛋白阳性表达率 (5 6 .0 0 % )明显高于慢性胃病组 (2 7.5 9% ) ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,表达强度也有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。且bcl- 2和p5 3蛋白表达的之间无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 在胃癌的发生发展中bcl- 2基因的异常表达是一种渐进的过程 ,而 p5 3的异常表达往往出现在胃癌发生发展的晚期。可推断 :在胃癌发生发展的不同阶段先后出现bcl- 2和 p5 3基因的异常表达。

Objective:To study the relationship and expression of bcl-2 and p53 protein in gastric carcinoma. Methods:The bcl-2 and p53 proteins in all the cases were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results:The expression of bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in chronic gastric diseases, but no significantly(P>0. 05). The expression of p53 in gastric carcinoma was higher than that in chronic gastric diseases(P<0. 05). There was no significant correlation between expressionof bcl-2 and p53(P>0.05). Conclusions: Expression of bcl-2 and p53 was in different period of the formation and development of gastric carcinoma.
