摘要
目的 探讨补充多种营养素对铅超标患儿驱铅的效果。方法 选择门诊血铅普查的病例 ,年龄 4～ 14岁 ;血铅水平在 10 0～ 2 4 0 μg/L的病例 ,给予多种营养素、微量元素进行驱铅治疗。 结果 多种维生素+钙剂组 ,多种维生素 +硒剂组 ,多种维生素 +钙 +硒剂组 ,治疗前后对比有较明显的统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在补充多种维生素基础上强化钙、硒有明显的驱铅效果。
Objective: To find out the relationship between Curative effect of multiple nutrients and children with high lead level. Methods: Regular blood lead examination were performed on 157children(boy 117, gir140) with lead levels in 100～240 μg/L.Results:There were significant curative effect in children of vitamin complex withcaleium group, vitamin complex with selenium group, vitamin complex with calcium and selenium group(P<0. 01).Conclusion: vitamin complex with calcium and selium have a good curative effect on children with high lead levels.
