第三军医大学建立中心实验室后坚持以服务为宗旨,仪器使用率提高了17倍,完好率达到98-100％,改变了以往仪器设备使用率不高,习惯于“小而全”的管理方法。10年来他们加强管理,严格岗位责任制,促进了人才培养,提高了业务和科研水平,推广了先进技术,为学校和社会作出了贡献。他们这些成绩取得的最重要原因是加强了思想政治工作。他们的经验对目前设备经费不足的各高等医药院校提高仪器设备使用效益具有普遍推广意义,三军大的做法,各校可以借鉴。

The lab. center of №3 Army Medical University with 'service' as its sole purpose enforces its administration and disciplines the system of per- sonal responsibility. As a result, the rate of apparatus utilization is put up by 1700% covering 98% of branches in the university and with the integrity rate keeping at 98~100%. This plays an important role in bring- ing about a great advance in scientific achievements and coming forth of talents in the university.
