摘要
中小学教师之间的人际冲突是一种不可避免的组织行为,它对学校组织发展的影响具有两重性,即积极性和消极性。有效地对教师人际冲突进行调控,将人际冲突的消极作用化为积极作用,可以调动和激发教师的积极性和创造精神,高质量、高效率地培养建设人才。
The conflict of interpersonal relationship among teachers in primary/middle schools is often seen and should be given timely adjustment and compromise.Otherwise such conflict would do harm and hindrance to the full play of school work.
