摘要
研究一价阴离子选择膜从粗钨酸钠溶液中脱除游离碱的可行性,考察了操作电流密度、料液中游离碱浓度、回收碱浓度等工艺参数对过程能耗、电流效率及碱钨迁移速率比等工艺指标的影响.研究表明:一价阴离子选择膜电渗析法从粗钨酸钠溶液中脱除游离碱是经济可行的.
The feasibility of eliminating educt alkali from coarse sodium tungstate with negative ion(1)selective membrane was studied.The effect of such technologic parameters as operative electric current density,concentration of educt alkali in solution and concentration of alkali recovery on the technologic indexes of energy consumption,electric current efficiency and removal speed ratio of both alkali and tungstate was discussed.It has been proved that it is economical and feasible to eliminate educt alkali from coarse sodium tungstate with electrodialysis method of negative ion(1)selective membrane.
