基础教育是科教兴国的奠基工程 .基础教育改革要求以信息化带动教育现代化 ,因而对于教育信息的需求显得尤为迫切 .本文论述了高等师范院校图书馆在教育资源建设及使用方面的优势 ,并就如何为基础教育提供信息服务提出一些建议 .

The elementary education is the foundation engineering of the strategy of revitalizing the country by relying on science and education. Elementary education reforms require the informationizing push forward the educational modernization. As a result , it seems very pressing to the requirement of the education informationizing. This thesis expounded higher normal universities’ library in the educational resource construction and have an advantage in operation and how to provide the information service for the elementary education to put forward some proposals.
