杏鲍菇菌种培养基配方筛选研究

Study on the screening of culture medium formula for Pleurotus eryngii

研究了杏鲍菇不同的母种、原种和栽培种培养基对菌丝生长的影响。结果表明 ,不同配方的各级菌种培养基上杏鲍菇菌丝的生长存在明显差异 ,其中菌丝生长速度最快的母种培养基为配方 6和配方 4 ,而且长势良好 ,洁白浓密 ;菌丝生长速度最快的原种、栽培种培养基为配方 1(麦粒培养基 ) ,但是麦粒菌种成本高 ,老化快 ,不耐贮放 ,而配方 7和配方 8上的菌丝不仅生长速度快 ,同时菌种成本低 ,老化慢 ,较耐贮放 ,在生产上更为实用。

The effects of different media on mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii were studied in this paper. The results showed that the effects of various media on mycelium growth rate are different. The mother culture media on which the mycelia grew fastest are formula 6 and formula 4. It is on the formula 1 of stock culture medium that the mycelium growth rate was the fastest, but the optimal formula of stock culture medium in mushroom production are formula 7 and formula 8.
