摘要
通过对火鹤 (Anthuriumscherzerianum)幼苗喷施不同浓度的赤霉素、细胞分裂素和二者的混合溶液 ,发现三者均能够影响火鹤开花时间及开花质量。其中GA310 0mg L处理和赤霉素 +激动素 (5 0mg L +5 0mg L)的处理效果最为显著 ,可使火鹤花期比对照分别提早 2 9d和 33d ,且开花质量明显优于对照。
Effect of different concentration gibberellin , cytokinin and their mixture on blossom of Anthurium scherzerianum was studied in this paper. The results indicated that all the treatments affected the flowering period significantly and improved the quality of flowers. The effect of treatments with GA_3 100 mg/L and GA_3+KT(50+50) mg/L was most obvious. The treated plants abloomed earlier 29 and 33 days respectively and had high flower quality than that of CK.
