热应激后雏鸡免疫器官组织学结构观察 被引量:9

摘要 20 0只 1d雏鸡随机分为 10个处理组 ,于 10d左右分别接种新城疫油乳剂灭活苗 (OE)和Lasota系弱毒力活力苗 ,37~ 38℃热应激处理。在不同日龄采集免疫器官 (胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏 ) ,石蜡切片。结果表明 ,法氏囊、脾脏结缔组织中肥大细胞数量增多。热应激可导致淋巴结、脾脏等免疫器官组织学结构发生不同程度的水肿、萎缩和细胞坏死等病变。免疫后 2 5d ,病变有一定程度的恢复 ,免疫器官分化发育增强 ,且OE组雏鸡免疫器官的组织学分化发育优于Lasota系疫苗组。 chickens of 1 d were divided into 10 groups randomly.Chickens were received either inactivated oil-emulsion(OE) or Lasota Viable Newscastle Disease vaccines on about 10 days and heat-stress of 37~38℃.Immune organs(thymus, bursa, spleen) were gathered on different days, paraffin embed.The result showed that the amount of mast call increased in the connective tissue of bursa and spleen.Edema, atrophy and lymphocyte necroses were observed in the microscope structure of immune organs of all stressed groups.Some recovery was observed at the 25th day postimmuization,the development and differentiation of immune organs of chickens received OE vaccine was better than that of chicken received La Vaccine.
