摘要
用不同处理方式研究了不同质量浓度的壳聚糖对黄瓜品质和产量的影响。结果表明 ,1 5mg·mL-1 壳聚糖浸种对增加黄瓜可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖含量 ,以及降低其纤维素含量的效果最佳 ;2 0mg·mL-1 壳聚糖浸种对增加维生素C含量效果最佳。此外 ,在喷叶处理中 ,增加可溶性蛋白质的最佳浓度是 0 2mg·mL-1 ,其他品质改善的最佳浓度为 0 1mg·mL-1 。
The effects of different concentrations of chitosan on the quality and product yield of the cucumber in different treatment methods were studied In the treatment of seed soaking with chitosan,1 5 mg·mL -1 was the optimum concentration for the increase of the soluble proteins,free amino acids,soluble sugars and the decrease of crude fiber,while 2 0 mg·mL -1 was for the increase of vitamin C.In the treatment of leaf spraying with chitosan,the optimum concentration for the increase of the soluble proteins in the cucumber was 0 2 mg·mL -1 ,while 0 1 mg·mL -1 was the optimum concentration for the improvement of other qualities.In addition,the product yield of cucumber was increased obviously.
