菜籽粕中芥子酸和硫甙对异育银鲫生长和生理机能的影响 被引量:18

摘要 使用含“双高”菜籽粕 (硫甙和芥子酸含量分别为 1 8 9g·kg-1 和 0 2 1g·kg-1 )和“双低”菜籽粕 (硫甙和芥子酸含量分别为 3 2 5g·kg-1 和 0 0 5g·kg-1 )的饲料喂养异育银鲫 ,探讨菜籽粕中硫甙和芥子酸两种毒物对异育银鲫的生理机能和生长速度的影响。供试验鱼 1 2 0尾 ,平分为 4组 ,Ⅰ组 (对照组 )饲喂含 4 5 %“双高”菜籽粕的饲料 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂含“双高” 30 %和“双低” 1 5 %、“双高” 1 5 %和“双低” 30 %、“双低” 4 5 %菜籽粕的饲料。经 4 0d饲养表明 ,随“双低”菜籽粕比例增高 ,鱼类增重率和饲料效率明显提高 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的增重率分别比对照组提高 35 5 4 %、5 2 98%和 6 5 1 7% ,饲料效率分别提高 4 3 0 1 %、 4 5 31 %和 6 0 33% ,均达显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组之间的饲料效率和增重率均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。在肝体比方面各组间差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并且这种差异与性别相关。随着硫甙和芥子酸含量增加 。 One hundred and twenty Alogynogenetic crucian carps were randomly individed into 4 groupand raised for 40 days.The fish in the control group were fed with basic diet containing 45% DHRM(a kind of repseed meal containing 18 9 g·kg -1 glucosinolate and 0 21 g·kg -1 erucic).Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were supplied with 30% DHRM and 15% DLRM(a kind of repseed meal containing 3 25 g·kg -1 glucosinolate and 0 05 g·kg -1 erucic),15% DHRM and 30% DLRM,and 45% DLRM,respectively.The results showed that the weight growth rate(WGR)and feed conversion ratio(FCR)were increased when the adding rate of DLRM in diets were elevated,WGR of Group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 35 54%,52 98% and 65 17% higher respectively than that of the control( P <0 05).FCR of GroupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 43 01%,45 31% and 60 33% higher respectively than that of the control( P <0 05).WGR and FCR of GroupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were changed insignificant relatively( P >0 05).There were significant differences in the ratio of liver weight and body weight among 4 groups( P <0 05),and these differences were related to sex.The ability of anti low oxygen of fishes decreased as increase of glucosinolate and erucic in the experimental diets.
