摘要 将弧齿锥齿轮的强度应力作为随机变量处理,建立了弧齿锥齿轮传动的优化设计数学模型,并对实例进行了计算。最后将计算结果应用于弧齿锥齿轮传动的设计中,取得了较好的效果。 A method which is simple and easy to apply is prsented in the paper.On the basis of general optimized design of spiral bevel gear drive,the strength and stress of gear are taken as chance variables to establish the mathematical model of optimized design of spiral bevel gear drive.A calculation is carried out for a practical case and the result obtained has been applied to the engineering practice of the design of spiral bevel gear drive with very good effect,which verifies correctness and feasibility by this method.
