摘要
文章探索以一种自制的新型改性酚醛树脂为原料制备玻璃碳的工艺。研究了固化、碳化工艺条件与产品性能的关系。所用改性酚醛树脂具有室温下粘度低,高温固化时小分子易逸出;快速升温固化、碳化后得到的产品气孔较少等特点。
Glass like carbon preparated form a new modified phenolic resin which with the properties such as very low viscidity at room temperature and viscidity become lower at higher temperature is studied, It is favourable the transgress of small molecular content when speediness curing process is adopted. The product after carbonization is with very less pore. The raw materials, curing and carbonization process condition are studied.
