摘要
挤压模具CAD技术相当关键,对模具制造企业和铝制品加工企业均具有相当重要的影响。为此,首先通过DELPHI建立友好的人机交互界面,用户在此输入模具设计参数;再使用UG的二次开发平台GRIP语言,直接生成挤压模具的三维结构模型;最后给出挤压模具应用程序的运行结果。
The CAD technology of extrusion die design has very important influence on die industry. In this paper, a friendly man-machine interface is established through DELPHI, and inputting relative parameter, a 3D model of extrusion die was produced directly by use of UG/Grip which is a secondary developed program of Unigraphics. Finally, the calculation result of this program was given.
