研究了不同浓度盐胁迫条件下 ,地表球囊霉 (GlomusversiformeBerch)对‘霞多丽’葡萄幼苗耐盐性的菌根效应。结果表明 ,接种的植株生物量均高于不接种对照 ;随着盐胁迫强度的升高 ,地表球囊霉对植株根系侵染率呈递减趋势 ,但霞多丽对菌根的依赖性更强 ,在NaCl 0 2

The inoculation effects of Glomus versiforme Berch on the growth of‘Chardonnay’rooted cuttings under different salinity were studied in this paper.The results showed as follows,the biomass of rooted cuttings inoculated with Gl.versiforme was higher than that of the uninoculated controls.With the increase of salinity,the colonization rates of Gl.versiforme in‘Chardonnay’roots showed a decreasing tendency, but the dependency of‘Chardonnay’on Gl.versiforme increased gradually,the maximal dependency was obtained at NaCl 0.2 mol·L -1 of salinity.
