摘要
针对某高层建筑混凝土结构施工质量事故情况作了定量分析。对已施工部分与未施工部分采用不同混凝土等级进行结构计算 ,所得结果真实地反映了该建筑的抗侧刚度、墙柱轴压比的变化。提出了处理该工程质量事故的思路和框架梁、柱、剪力墙的加固措施与方法 。
The construction quality defects of a high building are presented and the reason is further analyzed. The segment of the building which have been c onstructed and have not been constructed are calculated according to different c oncrete strength. The calculation really reflects the change of structure bearin g capacity of resistance to the side force and axial compression ratio of wall and column. The strengthening methods in relation to the frame beam, column and shear wall are discussed. A treatment method strengthening to the quality de fects are introduced as reference for strengthening the quality defects of the s ame kind of engineering.
