多层混凝土厂房可靠性鉴定探索

相当一部分工业建筑存在着腐蚀、超载和老龄化问题 ,急需进行可靠性鉴定和使用寿命评估 ,而采用现有可靠性鉴定标准评级时 ,又存在一定的难度。通过一幢受腐蚀厂房的可靠性评级 ,对温湿环境下混凝土受腐蚀的分布状况和特点进行了剖析 。

Many industrial buildings have problems such as corrosion,overload and aging. R eliability certification and serviceability life appraisal are in urgent need o f performing. But some difficulties will be met when evaluation is done accordin g to current reliability certification standard. Based on the reliability certif ication for a corroded factory building, the distribution and characteristics of corrosion of concrete under thermal and humidity condition are analyzed. The p roblems existed in the evaluation are discussed.
