In the paper, the design idea, the evaluation content, method and main features of“Green Olympic Building Assessment System” is introduced, which is one of the 10 key projects of“High-tech Olympic”. From the aspects of environment, energy, water source, material and resources,indoor environment, etc., the problem how to improve the quality (Q) of Olympic building and reduceeffectively the load on environment is expounded.
