摘要
介绍了甲基氯硅烷在中国的生产和需求情况、中国甲基氯硅烷的生产技术水平与国外的差距 ;指出应重视直接法合成甲基硅烷工艺的复杂性 ,如流化床的结构、催化剂的协同作用以及原料硅中的杂质对合成工艺的影响等 ,以及解决这些关键问题对中国有机硅工业的迫切性 ;最后建议要重视合成工艺的基础性研究以提高二甲基二氯硅烷的选择性 ,重视高沸物的综合利用以降低生产成本。
The production and consumption of methylchlorosilane(MCS)in China and the existing gap between MCS production enterprises in China and foreign companies were introduced.The complexity of production technology on direct synthesis of methylchlorosilane,such as the structure of fluid bed,synergistic effect of catalysts and the effect of impurities containing impurity in raw silicon during synthesis should be paid attention to,and urgently solved the problems for silicone monomer enterprises in China.The suggestions on attaching great importance to basic research for the improvement of selectivity of dimethyldichlorosilane and comprehensive utilization of high boiling by-products were offered.
