主要介绍了气相法二氧化硅生产过程的工艺特点及生产装置中自动化设备的选型 ,阐述了控制要求及策略在集散控制系统上的实现 ,在同类工艺装置中探索出了新的自动化实现方法。
The technical characters and selection of automatic equipment in the production of fumed silica was introduced.The feasibilities of control requirements and strategies in distributed control system,and the late-model automatic method in the similar technique equipment were discussed.
