摘要
目的 探讨韦格纳肉芽肿（WG）的早期诊断和治疗。方法 本文总结了24例WG患者，年龄16岁～60岁。结果 其中以鼻部为首发症状者15例，占62.5%，肺部3例，占12.5%，病理检查是确定诊断的重要依据，尤其是鼻黏膜活检，15例经反复鼻黏膜活检，阳性率达100%，另外，C-ANCA在WG中阳性率达80%～90%。结论 对可疑WG的患者应早期做病理检查及血清抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体检测，尤其以上呼吸道为首发症状者应早期反复多次做鼻黏膜活检，这样可以大大提高早期的确诊率，早期治疗，以减少并发症和降低死亡率。
