前列腺穿刺活检术研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 前列腺穿刺活检术是确诊前列腺癌的重要方法 ,但目前仍没有统一的穿刺方案 ,穿刺活检的适应证尚存争议。随着对前列腺癌病理特点认识的不断深入及经直肠超声 (TRUS)引导细针穿刺活检术在临床上的广泛应用 ,标准的 6点系统穿刺法由于假阴性率太高而逐渐被更多点穿刺方法所取代。现综述近年来前列腺穿刺活检术的适应证。
