矽肺患者外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群分布状态的研究

T-Lymphocyte Subsets in Peripheral Blood in Silicosis: Analysis by monoclonal Antibodies

用单克隆抗体(CD_3、CD_4、CD_8),检测30例矽肺患者和30例矽肺结核患者的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果CD_3、CD_4的百分数与绝对数及CD_4/CD_8均显著低于正常对照组,矽肺结核的CD_3、CD_4百分数、CD_4绝对数均显著低于单纯矽肺。

CD_3 (pant). CD_4(inducer/helper.CD_3(suppressor/cytotoxic) T-lymphocyte subsets wereexamined by using monoclonal antibodies in30 silicosis patients and 30 patients with silicotuberculosis. The results showed the percentage and absolute counts of CD_3、CD_4、CD_3/CD_4 in silicosis were significantly lower thanthose in control group. The percent of CD_3、CD_4 and absolute counts of CD_4 in silicotuberculosis were significantly lower than those insilicosis.
