摘要
对41名接触低浓度丙烯酰胺作业工人进行临床、神经肌电图与振动觉仪检查,发现多数工人四肢麻木,四肢远端振动党减退及痛觉减退分别占36.6%及53.6%,跟腱反射减弱和消失者为34%。四肢远端振动觉减退者为58.5%。神经肌电图检查显示神经源性损害者35例,其中临床诊断轻度慢性丙烯酰胺中毒13例。
The effects of occupational exposure toacrylamide were studied in 41 workers froma factory producing acrylamide and its pol-ymers. Eighty unexposed healthy adultsserved as the control group. Neurologicalexaminations showed distal impairments ofvibration and pain sensations in37% and 54%of the acrylamide workers respectively. Di-minished ankle reflexes appeared in 34% ofthe acrylamide group but none in control gr-oup. An increase of vibration thresholds wasfound in 58.5% of the acrylamide groupwhen compared with that of the control gro-up, detected by a Vibraton Ⅱ vibration sen-sitivity tester. Thirteen out of 35 acrylamideworkers who had neurogenic changes in el-ectroneuromyography were diagnosed asmild occupational acrylamide poisoning. Theresults clearly indicate the necessity of pre-ventive measures for protection of workers'health.
