深圳市中老年肥胖与糖尿病关系研究

Analysis of the relationship between the BMI and WHR of middle aged and elderly diabetic patients

目的 分析深圳市中老年人肥胖与糖尿病的关系。 方法 随机抽样调查 3 5岁以上居民 44 42名。 结果 男性肥胖糖耐量异常 (IGT)、糖尿病 (DM)患病率分别为 7 72 %、14 2 9%、5 73 % ,女性分别为 9 67%、18 61%、7 73 % ,高于男性。BMI、WHR与IGT、DM患病率显著相关。 结论 肥胖是糖尿病重要危险因素。

Objective To examine the relationship between diabetes mellitus and obesity in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods Through random sample,we invesigated 4 442 residents aged 35 and over in special zone of Shenzhen. Results The results showed the prevalence rate of obesity,lmpaired glucose tolerance(IGT) and Diabeles millitus(DM) was 7.72%,14.29% and 5.73% in male,and 9.67%,18.61%,7.73% in female.There was a significant difference between both sexes.The rate of IGT and DM wat correlated with body mass index and waist hip ratio. Conclusion Obesity was a risk factor of DM.
