摘要
目的 研究儿童多动症的特点及智力水平。 方法 采用韦氏儿童智力量表进行评定 ,同时对儿童多动症的相关影响因素进行分析。 结果 41例多动症儿童中智力水平基本正常 ,言语和操作方面存在某些问题。 结论 多动症儿童智力发展不平衡 ,可导致学习成绩不良、社会适应能力下降和不同程度的人格缺陷。
Objective To study the features and intelligence quotient (IQ) of children with attention-deficiency hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods The intelligence quotient of 41 children with ADHD was assessed with Wechesler scale and the influential factors were analyzed.Results The IQ of most of the 41 chidren with ADHD was normal and lower IQ was observed in two children. Problems in verbal intelligence quotient (VIQ)and performance intelligence quotient (PIQ)were noticed. Conclusion There are differences in intelligence development in the children with ADHD and ADHD could results in poor academic achievement,poor social adaptation and individual defects of various degrees.
