Repair of facial and nasal defects with forehead island myocutaneous flap after skin cancer excision

目的 探讨前额岛状肌皮瓣在修复颌面、鼻部皮肤癌术后缺损的临床应用。 方法 设计以左颞浅血管额支为蒂的 4 0cm× 4 0cm前额岛状肌皮瓣修复左面颧部皮肤鳞状细胞癌术后缺损 1例 ;以左眶上血管为蒂的 4 0cm× 3 0cm前额岛状肌皮瓣修复鼻背部皮肤基底细胞癌术后缺损 1例 ;以左滑车血管为蒂的 2 5cm× 2 0cm前额岛状肌皮瓣修复鼻背部皮肤基底细胞癌术后缺损 1例。 结果 3例术手均Ⅰ期完成 ,术后随访外形、质地、肤色良好。 结论 应用前额岛状肌皮瓣Ⅰ期修复颌面、鼻部皮肤癌术后缺损效果满意 ,且无需特殊仪器和设备 ,值得各级医院推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application of forehead nasal myocutaneous flap for the repair of facial and nasal defects after cancer excision. Methods Forehead island myocutaneous flap pediced sized 4.0cm×4.0cm with the forehead branch of left superficial temporal vessels was designed for repairing facial defects after skin cancer excision, a midine forehead island myocutaneous flap pedicled sized 4.0cm×3.0cm with the left supratrochlear vessels for repairing dorsonasal defects after skin cancer excision, and a size 2.5cm×2.0cm midline forehead island myocutaneous flap pedicled with the left pulley vessels for repairing dorsonasal defects after skin cancer excision.Results The defects in three cases repaired immediately and the flaps survived completely with satisfactory shapes、quality and color. Conclusion The application of forehead island myocutaneosu flap for the immediate repairing of facial and nasal defects got satisfactory results, and don't need special instruments,save time and money,deserve to be application in the hospitals of all levels.
