乳腺癌外周血微转移的研究进展
摘要
用通常的病理学方法无法检测到乳腺癌的微转移,随着免疫组化和聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术的应用,在乳腺癌外周血、淋巴结和骨髓中检测微转移已成为可能,这将对乳腺癌病人的诊治和预后判断具有重要的临床意义。本文就乳腺癌外周血微转移的检测研究进行综述。
