摘要 目的 探讨β2 -肾上腺素能受体 (β2 -AR)基因 16、2 7位点多态性与支气管哮喘的相关性 .方法 采用等位基因特异性聚合酶链反应方法 ,对 74例支气管哮喘者进行 β2 -AR基因多态性分析 ,并与 43例肺炎患者、3 9名健康者对照 .结果 ①两对照组 β2 -AR基因 16、2 7位点多态性分布无差异性 ;②支气管哮喘组 β2 -AR基因 16位点分布频率 :精氨酸 /甘氨酸占 47.2 % ,甘氨酸 /甘氨酸占 3 5.2 % ,与两对照组比较 (p <0 .0 5) ;2 7位点分布频率 :谷氨酰胺 /谷氨酰胺占 3 3 .7% ,谷氨酰胺 /谷氨酸占 52 .7% ,谷氨酸 /谷氨酸占 13 .6% ,与两对照组比较 (p >0 .0 5) .结论 支气管哮喘的发生与β2 -AR基因 16位点多态性相关联 ,与 2 Objective To analyze the association between β 2-AR g enetic polymorphism and asthma. Methods Allele Specific -PCR techniques were used to determine 16、27 locus alleles of β 2-AR genetic polymorphisms in 74 unrelated patients with asthma、43 pneumonia patients and 39 healthy controls. Results ①There was no difference in the frequencies of genotypes and alleles β 2-AR 16、27 loci in both control groups.②The frequency of genotype β 2-AR 16 loci in asthma:Arg/Arg genotype accounts for 17.6%,Arg/Gly 47.2% and Gly/Gly 35.2%. There were significant difference in asthmatics compared with both control groups. The frequency of genotype β2-AR 27 loci in asthmatics:Gln/Gln genotype accounts for 33.7%,Gln/Glu 52.77% and Glu/Glu13.6%. There were no significant difference in asthmatics compared with both control groups. Conclusions These results suggest that β 2-AR 16 locus genetic polymorphism is correlated with asthma,β 2-AR27 locus genetic polymorphism is not correlated with asthma .
