低龄儿童配戴硬性透气性接触镜的临床观察

Rigid gas-permeable contact lenses for young children

目的 :探讨低龄儿童配戴硬性接触镜 (RGP)的有效性、可行性和安全性。方法 :对 36例 6 2眼的 6～ 8岁低龄儿童进行RGP配戴 ,观察患儿的RGP配戴和适应情况、视力矫正效果和并发症情况。结果 :有 5 6眼戴框架眼镜时被诊断为弱视的患者 ,其中 2 1眼 ( 37.5 0 % )在戴RGP镜后矫正视力≥ 0 .8。 6 2眼均一次配戴成功 ,2w内均能适应全天日戴。3个月随访时有 17例 ( 4 7.2 2 % )自己独立配戴 ,12例 ( 33.33% )自已独立清洗 ,无角膜擦伤或角膜溃疡等严重并发症 ,有 2 9例 ( 90 .6 2 % )患儿家长对配戴RGP表示满意。结论 :低龄儿童是适合配戴RGP的 ,配戴RGP安全有效 ,但要倍加小心 ,注意随访。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness,safety and feasibility of using rigid gas permeable contact lenses(RGP) in young children.Methods:36 ametropic young children(62 eyes) between 6 and 8 years of age were fitted with RGP lenses. The children were monitored and evaluated for wear and adaptation,visual correction and complications from the RGP lenses.Results:56 eyes were diagnosed as amblyopic when these children were wearing spectacles. Among them,the visual acuity of 21 eyes(37.50%) was corrected by ≥0.8 with the RGP lens. All 62 eyes were successfully fitted the first time,and within 2 weeks all of the children had adapted well to wearing the lenses all day. After 3 months,17 children(47.22%) were able to wear their RGP lenses without supervision,12 children(33.33%) could take care of their RGP lenses without supervision, and no serious complications such as corneal abrasion or ulcer were found. 29 parents of the children(90.6%) were satisfied with the RGP lenses.Conclusion:The RGP lens is safe and effective for young children,but more attention should be paid to them and they should be monitored more closely.
