摘要
采用ZnO、TiO2作为防紫外线遮蔽材料。探讨了切片质量、干燥条件、纺丝温度、侧吹风、卷绕工艺对POY可纺性的影响,确定了防紫外线细旦丙纶高速纺的最佳工艺参数。
Anti-ultraviolet covering material was made of ZnO and TiO2. The effects of chip quality, desiccation condition, spinning temperature, cross air blow and winding process on spinnability of PP POY were d iscussed. The optimal process parameters for anti-ultraviolet fine denier PP POY were determined.
