血浆儿茶酚胺对血液透析患者高血压的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的 :探讨以儿茶酚胺和血管紧张素 (A Ⅱ )等血管活性物质在血液透析患者高血压发病中的作用。方法 :选取 16例血液透析高血压患者作为高血压组 ,16例血压正常的血液透析患者作为对照组。每例患者分别于透析前后采集血液标本检测血浆肾上腺素 ,去甲肾上腺素以及A Ⅱ含量 ,同时记录透析前后平均动脉压 (MAP)。结果 :高血压组的MAP透析前后无改变。高血压组的血浆去甲肾上腺素水平高于对照组 ,血液透析后无明显变化。血浆去甲肾上腺素水平与MAP和透析间期体重增加无相关关系。结论 Objective To explore the role of plasma catecholamine and Ag Ⅱ level in the hypertension of hemodialysis patients. Methods Sixteen hypertensive hemodialysis patients were taken into the hypertension group, 16 normotensive hemodialysis patients were in the control group. Each patient's blood sample was taken at pre and post hemodialysis procedure for detecting the plasma concentration of catecholamine and Ag Ⅱ, meanwhile, mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) was measured. Results There were no significant changes between pre dialysis and post dialysis in MAP in hypertensive hemodialysis patients. The level of noradrenaline in plasma in the hypertension group was significantly higher than that in control group and was not significantly different between pre and post dialysis. The level of noradrenaline in plasma was not correlated with MAP or body weight alterations ( r=0 189, r=0 211 ). Conclusion It is suggested that sympathetic activity expressed by plasma catecholamine alterations is associated with hemodialysis hypertension.
