血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体基因多态性等多个因素与高血压左室重构的Logistic回归分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ-1型受体基因多态性等多个因素对高血压病患者左室重构的影响。【方法】测定148名高血压病患者血压、身高、体重、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯浓度;测定高血压病患者的左室重量指数并记录病程;多聚酶链式反应-限制性酶切法鉴定血管紧张素Ⅱ-1型受体基因1166位点基因型;用Logistic回归方法分析上述因素对左室重构的影响。【结果】回归方程表明,血管紧张素Ⅱ-1型受体1166AC基因型、收缩压水平、病程及血清胆固醇含量与高血压患者左室重构成正相关,OR值分别为3.216,3.218,5.327,2.076。【结论】血管紧张素Ⅱ-1型受体1166C等位基因、收缩压、病程及血清胆固醇含量是高血压患者左室重构的危险因素。 To investigate the relationships between hypertensive left ventricular remodeling and those risk factors such as the polymorphism of angiotensin Ⅱtype 1 receptor (AT1R) gene.Blood pressure, body mass index, fasting serum glucose, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride, left ventricular mass index and course were measured in 148 hypertensives Polymerase chain reaction combined with restriction enzyme digestion was used to determine the polymorphism of the 1166 site of AT1R gene. The relationships between hypertensive left ventricular remodeling and risk factors were analyzed by Logistic regression. The 1166 AC genotypes of AT1R gene, course, serum total cholesterol and systolic pressure were related to left ventricular remodeling, with an OR of 3.216,3.218,5.327 and 2.076 respectively. [Conclusions]The 1166 C allele of AT1R gene, course, serum total cholesterol and systolic pressure are the risk factors for left ventricular remodeling in hypertensive.
