离子液体在催化裂化汽油脱硫中的应用 被引量:63

摘要 报道了新型AlCl3 -叔胺离子液体催化剂在催化裂化 (FCC)汽油脱硫中的应用 ,考察了温度、离子液体加入量等不同因素对脱硫率的影响 ,以及在脱硫的同时FCC汽油组成的变化。研究结果表明 ,新型AlCl3 -叔胺离子液体催化剂用于FCC汽油脱硫 ,硫化物的脱除率可达 80 %以上 ;处理后油样烯烃含量明显降低 ,环烷烃与异构烷烃含量有所增加 ,辛烷值变化不大 ,RON下降 1~ 2个单位 ,MON下降 1个单位左右。 Reducing sulfur content in FCC naphtha by using a novel catalyst like AlCl 3-alkylammonium ionic liquid is introduced.The main factors for desulfurization rate and the change of the composition of FCC naphtha were studied.It is found that the desulfurization rate could reach more than 80%,the RON loss less than 2 units,the MON loss less than 1 unit,i-paraffin and naphthene increases little but olefin decreases significantly.
